Stitch Meditation is an artful practice that combines creativity with mindfulness and self-care Focus on the textures, colours, and simple stitches as you rhythmically create something uniquely yours. Learn simple hand-stitching techniques and explore how fabric and thread can help centre your thoughts.
Each participant will leave with their own stitched creation -a tangible reminder of the beauty of slowing down.
