Workshop Facilitators

WORKSHOP BOOKING OPTIONS
Note:  The gallery recommends up to 10 participants per class depending on the space required. Tables, table coverings and chairs are available as well as a washroom and work sink. Supplies and materials are not supplied by the gallery. If the gallery owner is not available on site, private access can be given to the facilitator.
Option #1: 
●  You book the workshop space at no charge and Carleton Place Gallery takes 30% of each registration fee.
●  You set the price for your workshop based on your time, profit needs and materials. You will need to add approximately 7% per person to the cost of your workshop to absorb the processing fees through TicketsPlease (the online ticket booking contractor). HST will be added in addition to this fee at checkout. Registrations through the gallery also include all fees and HST.
●  CP Gallery can assist if needed with all professional media design. Your event will be listed on our website and distributed to our email and social media network, which gives your event exposure to over 2,500 members and followers. 
●  CP Gallery will post two posters on our outdoor sandwich board, visible to any foot-traffic passing by the gallery, and one poster inside the gallery. We require a digital copy of an 8.5x11 poster. Most facilitators prefer to create their own. The gallery reserves the right to suggest edits. Please be sure to add the gallery logo to your poster. Samples can be found on our website or emailed at your request.
●  CP Gallery will set up and manage your ticket sales through ™TicketsPlease (TP), which is owned and operated by The Humm Art and Entertainment news publication. TP has a distribution of over 7,000 printed papers. in addition to their extensive social media distribution network of over 3,000 followers.
OR
Option #2:
Workshop Rental/Self Managed                            
●  You rent the workshop space from the gallery @ $50.00 /hr plus HST, to be paid at the time of booking.
●  You set your price and manage your communications, bookings/cancellations, arrangements, etc.
●  You manage your media distribution and advertising. The gallery will share your event on social media with whatever content you can provide us with.
